We love this set of four barstools they are the perfect width for our kitchen island. We did have one issue. The stools came in a box set of 2. We received two boxes marked dark grey however one set of stools was light grey. The company was great to work with we sent them a few pictures of the chairs (the light grey ones were slightly damaged also), and packages. The company was very quick to respond and resolve the issue. They sent us two more stools at no additional cost. The stools are comfortable, we're easy to assemble, and seem very sturdy. Bought four of the chairs and spent over $350 just for 2 out of 4 of the chairs to come chipped. Terrible quality and customer service. Requested a partial refund for the damages but amazon customer service refused. Do not buy unless you want to waste money on a chipped chair.

These chairs are beautiful. Purchase purchased in light Gray and the color matches exactly like photo. I purchased 2 other sets of chairs and was not pleased with the quality so I sent them back. These ones did arrive with a couple of scratches on the legs but the seller was very helpful and hopefully in resolving the issue.. The quality of these chairs hairs are very good for the price. There were not a lot of reviews so I was hesitant to purchase but so glad I did. ... show more

The chairs were awful to assemble. The holes didn't line up and we had to drill new holes. Nothing seems tight enough and all 4 chairs are very wobbly. They do look good, but I would not recommend

Easy to clean up when kids spill food or drinks. I don't know halloween many times my kids spill things on my old chairs have stains all over them. Not these ones. My kids have spilled milk, orange juice, ketchup, tomato sauce, very easy to wipe it off.

    • Leave the bolts loose and tighten a little at a time.

First chair takes a while to assemble. After that it goes pretty fast. Leave the bolts loose until the cross bars are installed helps a bunch. Like the color of the grey pleather I purchased. They seem to be very sturdy and are pretty comfy too. Happy with my purchase so far.
