  • GAMING & OFFICE CHAIR PERFECTION: Developed in cooperation with eSports professionals, the HERO from noblechairs is the best gaming chair series yet when it comes to all things ergonomic. The emphasis placed on ergonomics in the HERO edition is aptly demonstrated by the extra lumbar support it has been especially designed to provide.
  • FIRST CLASS DESIGN: The HERO from noblechairs represents a lifestyle. For that reason, noblechairs has taken a keen eye to the design of the chair, evidenced by the diamond-pattern stitching available in multiple colors and the elegant emblems. These are then combined together to make the HERO not just pleasant to sit on, but a joy to look at as well.
  • PREMIUM MATERIALS: Manufactured using premium materials, the HERO series makes use of either high-quality leather or vegan PU-leather for its covering. The HERO then pairs breathable cold-foam upholstery with a robust steel frame which results in gaming chair perfection.
  • ERGONOMIC SUPPORT: Thanks to the lumbar support and backrest, both of which are adjustable, as well as the sophisticated rocking mechanism and the flexible 4D armrests, the chair is capable of being configured so as to provide the user with the optimum fit.
  • SMART & SOPHISTICATED: Built around an enlarged seat area and backrest, the HERO series offers users plenty of room to maneuver. The chair is also well-suited for loads up to a maximum of 330 lbs, something possible in large part due to the solid steel frame as well as the high-quality base it offers.

  • A sexy chair with some flaws.
Color: Doom Edition Size: PU FAUX LEATHER
Let me tell ya, this is one of the best looking gaming chairs I've ever had. It may just be my DOOM bias speaking but D A M N this chair is hot! The stitching and the design and logos are on point, very high quality too! It was easy to assemble and only really took about 45 minutes to fully put together. I would recommend having a friend to put the back rest on because that part can be a little difficult. The chair it's self looks and feels very high quality aside from the plastic armrests. I give the comfort level a 4 out of 5, it may just be me but after about a couple of hour of sitting in the chair it can get a tad uncomfortable because there isn't too much cushion in the seat itself. Now on to the flaws. As I mention before the plastic armrests are my least favorite part of this chair. Only having a few days they did start to become loose and wiggle about. My guess is that the internals of the armrests are also made of plastic and that constant readjustments and resting on them will wear down the bits on the inside. While annoying I wouldn't call it a deal breaker. One more thing to note is that my lumbar adjustment has stopped working completely. After a month of use and readjustment daily it seems that whatever ratcheting system they have in there has broke. I think it's also due to the internals being plastic as well. When I twist the knob I can feel where the plastic teeth on the gear have completely worn away. So if you are someone that does need that lumbar support I would take that into consideration. ... show more

  • I sit for 14 hours a day.
Color: Black Edition Size: PU HYBRID LEATHER
● Short Review Pros. • Great quality materials. • Very strong and sturdy. • XL size gaming chair. (Biggest size gaming chair out there) • Comes with headrest and lumbar support cushions. • High-end German gaming chair. Cons. • Taller than many other chairs. (I've been through many chairs and they all have similar height but this one is about 4" to 5" taller. Meaning your feet might not touch the floor) • Bottom seat cushion is pretty hard. (You will need a cushion for long time sitting) • Quality of the armrests are very bad. • Little disappointment in quality control and customer service. (My chair came with damaged armrest so I contacted the customer support and received a replacement. They replied fast but sent me an used, worn out part as a replacement. Which had more damages than the part came with my chair. So I asked again and got a reply saying that, that's what I will receive as a replacement. An used item, for brand new chair. That's why I took 2 stars off) ● Detailed Review I am a handicap, gamer and IT guy. I sit on the computer chair for about 14 hours a day, everyday. I researched for a week, watched every reviews on youtube and compared every little details before I purchased this chair. I went through 6 computer chairs within a year and the price range of $260 ~ $750 for each chair. Nothing was good enough for all-day sitting. Since I sit so long on the chair, I bought lots of big and tall executive chairs for comfort. I had a La-Z-Boy as my last chair and it twisted my pelvis after two weeks of sitting and I couldn't even walk straight because of the pain. Since La-Z-Boy turned into Chinese sweatshop and the quality turned to garbage, I decided to go with strong, sturdy chair. So I started my research. Noblechairs - Hero Black Edition chair is an XL gaming chair. It is the biggest, widest gaming chair on the market. Noblechairs is a German brand who won the best gaming equipment award in Europe for years. Also an official gaming chair of Mercedes Benz. The quality of the materials and the design is the best you could ever ask for. Thick, well-coated metal frame surrounding the whole chair and thick perfect quality PU leather feels great. The quality and the sturdiness is like it's actual car seat. The bottom seat has very low side walls and wide seat base so you can seat without the side wall torturing your thighs and still have plenty of spaces left. The back panel is also wide, tall and barely curved so you can lay your back with lots of free rooms left even if you are big. The back panel also has a lumbar support that you could adjust with a dial like a real car seat. The bottom legs are made with metal not plastic and have even secondary supported frame design for stronger support. And the wheels are coated so they barely make noises when rolling. You could adjust armrests up, down, front, back, sides and swivel. Also the material of the armrest looks like a plastic on the picture but it's not. It's urethane mixed rubber so it's not hard on your elbow or your arms and wrists. Since the chair being so strong, sturdy, made with best quality materials and being XL size, the chair has some weight to it. Which I like it even more. But because of it being so sturdy, bottom cushion is not soft. It's pretty stiff. I purchased memory foam pad and it helped a lot. I am 5'11 and almost 200 pounds and not skinny at all. And I still have so much spaces left on this chair. If this chair is not strong enough to support you, you have to lose some weight or change the way you sit on the chair. It's not the chair's fault. Assembling was super easy. Easy enough to be done without a manual. It comes with soft headrest cushion and lumbar support cushion. Oh, and because of the chair being big, it's little taller than many others. Maybe about an inch to 2 inches taller from the ground. ... show more

  • Very Comfortable and Supportive
Color: Black/Platinum White Size: PU FAUX LEATHER
Loving this chair. My wife and I were both previously using the Tempur-Pedic TP9000 chair. I'd been using mine for probably 6 or 7 years. Those were awesome chairs. The mechanism in my wife's started to wobble, though, so I decided to look for a replacement. Honestly I think it was a factory defect because hers was only a year old...but it was still too late to try dealing with any kind of warranty. I remembered seeing a review for Noblechairs on YouTube (specifically by KitGuru Tech) and decided to look in to it. After reading and watching dozens more reviews, and consistently hearing about the outstanding quality, I decided to buy one. I chose the Hero specifically due to the more comfortable size and less prominent bolstering (my wife likes to sit cross-legged in the chair sometimes, so I wanted to make sure she would still have room to do so). Spoiler alert - I ended up liking the chair so much that after getting my wife one I also ordered one for myself. Delivery was way faster than originally advertised, so that was nice. Once it arrived, I immediately ripped open the packaging and got to work assembling it. My wife helped put it together, but the task can easily be done by a single person. All of the components were in perfect condition and appeared to be high quality (and heavy). I really like the mechanism for this chair (the part that connects the bottom of the seat to the hydraulic cylinder). Normally, that is the part of a chair that fails after enough use. The mechanism on this chair, however, appears to be very durable. The chair is rated for up to 330 lbs and it definitely feels like it. Everything about it is solid. The only part of the chair with play to it is the arm rests, which can be jiggled a bit. I'm not sure that it's avoidable to have at least a little jiggle to adjustable arm rests in an office chair, so I don't hold this against them. When resting my elbows on them they don't move. I do agree with another reviewer who stated that the quality of the material on the arm rests leaves a bit to be desired. Perhaps some kind of padding would be nice, but they're fine as is so I'm not dwelling on it. The recessed plastic edges near the buttons you press to adjust the lateral position of the arm rests is a bit sharp. I should be able to fix that in about 10 seconds with sanding paper, but I really feel like that should be caught in QA. Again, not a big deal. If I'm buying a nice chair and that's the only complaint I can come up with, then I consider it a good chair. The adjustment controls feel great. Reclining is solid and smooth. Tilting backwards feels great, and the amount of resistance can be adjusted with a knob on the bottom of the mechanism. The lower-back adjustment feels present but mostly insignificant - maybe it's just the way I sit. The padding feels excellent. It's a bit on the firm side, but that's what I want. This chair does not feel like it's going to go flat after a couple years of use. I don't know much about this "cold formed foam" or whatever process they use, but it feels amazing. The shape is nice and supportive (I'm about 6'1"). The pillows are nice, too, but I only really use the one for my neck. The second pillow, intended for lower back support, doesn't feel very comfortable so I don't use it. Overall this is an amazing chair and I'm happy with the purchase, provided that they last for years and years (spending almost $900 for a pair of computer chairs is not something I want to do frequently). If anything changes I'll update the review. ... show more
