After letting the rug fully expand after two days, I really like this area rug. We purchased it to go in the small walkway in our bedroom in front of our automatic litter box. We wanted something to help counteract the spread of litter but also look nice. (Anyone who has cats knows just regular litter pads are not large enough to catch all the litter). We have hardwood floors in our bedroom and didn't like feeling the sharp hard pebbles of the litter. I may purchase the larger rectangle version of this for our sitting area of our bedroom as well because of how much I like it. This rug has helped make that walkway look a little better and took care of our problem. I was a LITTLE concerned that since this is a shag like carpet, our robot vacuum would get caught in it/not be able to suck up the litter stuck in it. But my fears were unfounded.
