Solid overall controller. Comfortable to hold thanks to the textured back and good weight balance. Joysticks and buttons feel great, I enjoy the "clickiness" of the buttons and the triggers. DPad is also wonderful, which is a big upgrade over the standard pro controller. Functionality-wise, you can't beat it. I've played predominantly on Switch, but it also seems to work just as well on PC and an android tablet (Samsung Galaxy Tab). Input button on the top allows for quick switching between inputs. I haven't played with all the added tricks like turbo buttons and autopilot, but I'm excited to find a use for them. Side note: I have not experienced the sticky face buttons that other reviews have mentioned, after ~20 hours of use so far. ... show more

I wasted time and money (not to mention frustration) with some of the 15$ remotes out there. Should have bought this one from the get-go. By far the best remote I have used on the switch. Pricey, but to this point (have around 3 hours of game time in), worth the money. It feels high-end just holding it. Soft, textured grips, feels solid and weighty in your hands. So far, this controller seems fine. The stick is super accurate and the buttons all feel good to press. The extra settings are mostly unnecessary but nice to have. The reason I took one star is that the charging port is kinda bad. The USB-C cable does not go all the way into the port on the controller, leaving a lot of wiggle room. This is already leading to some accidental disconnects and could potentially damage the cable or port somewhere down the line. All in all, I wouldn't play anything competitive with this controller plugged in, but I'll update this review if anything catastrophic happens to the controller. EDIT: It seems like its just the included USB-C cable. I used a third party cable and it seems to be okay. Edit (9/25/2022) - I have uploaded a picture of what now is the neutral position of this controller. In less than a month it is already drifting. I've kept it in its case when I wasn't using it and haven't dropped it once, this controller's claim of "no stick drift" is just a straight up lie. I'll edit again if I find some kind of solution or fix. ... show more

The texture of the controller, the feel of the buttons and controls absolutely superb. The battery life is amazing. By default it has a self shut off timer, at first it was annoying (it is like 3 - 4 minutes). But I learned to appreciate it. Saves the battery and the reconnecting process is quick and easy. I have been using this for a few months now and not a single problem. I will not be going back to the pro controller as I currently have 3 of them in 2 years that all have drift. ... show more

This is an absolutely amazing controller! I love the fact that it is wireless and has a Hall Effect Sensing Joystick. The joystick has no dead zone which makes it very easy to use and the textured handles on the back shell make it comfortable to hold.
