I purchased this in Dec 2020 and use it 2-3 times per week for walking, running and roller blading. It holds my iPhone 12 perfectly, along with some lip balm, credit card, ID, cash and other small items. The zipper has a sealing edge that keeps water out, like rain and sweat (but not sure if it would work completely submerged). But the number 1 reason they are 5 stars for me is the incredible customer support. In Dec. 2022, almost exactly 2 years after my original purchase, the zipper separated and the only way to repair it would have been to slice the end of the zipper and manually insert it. I didn't want to do this because I would have to realign the teeth every time I wore it. I looked online for a new one and my husband said "maybe it has a warranty". I checked, and IT DID! A TWO YEAR WARRANTY!! I was just under the wire and contacted them and they sent me a brand new one immediately! I was pleased and amazed. 5 stars all the way :) ... show more

I have an iPhone 13. It takes some adjusting to get in, but it does fit. Don’t even think of trying to get it out mid-run though for a phone call or to change your podcast or whatever. It works when I know I can complete my run without running out of my true crime podcast or 80s playlist. It’s very comfy on the small of my back. I purchased this running belt and by the time I came to unclip it a piece has broken off. I may have gotten a defective batch but I am disappointed it only lasted one use. Update: The company contacted me immediately and replaced the defective item. I am happy that it took the company less than 24 hours to make it right and excited to use the running belt.
