I've been using it for over a month and all my back pain is gone. It works great, so I'll tell you how I did it. You put it together and set the curves to the arc (or lowest arc) you want, but I used the lowest arc. I put the widest side next to my shoulder blades and the narrow side in the middle of my shoulder blades. I lay on it for 1 minute the first time, then rolled it down and laid it flat for 1 minute. I did this for three days in a row. The results were strange at the time, felt loose but had some phantom pain that I think was related to it ...... I do 3 minute stretches twice a week and still roll down and rest for a minute before getting up. No pain ...... Hope this helps. ... show more

Seriously, as a chronic back pain sufferer due to lifelong scoliosis, I know all about the expense and hassle of frequent chiropractor visits. I just discovered this device a couple weeks ago thanks to an ad on Instagram and I decided to take a chance on it. So glad I did! I use it in three different positions up and down my spine for about 30 seconds each. If you learn to properly relax onto it and let your core muscles NOT try to hold you up, you'll find that your vertebrae slip right back into their proper position quickly and easily.
