This body lotion has Dove and Olay beat. It lathers very well, it has a light smell; it’s not over powering. If you pair this with a very good lotion I use Eucerin Intensive Repair, and Almond Oil. The oil seals the lotion; however when pairing the products you get soft, smooth, well hydrated golden looking skin. I’m on my 3rd bottle. It takes about 2 months to see real results as I’m describing you must keep your legs shaved with a good fresh razor. I hate razors. I use Veet; ladies this method is the truth. You have to use the body cream, Eucerin, Almond Oil faithfully. I know this review is not about Eucerin, this lotion is very heavy and rich; however it is not greasy; it penetrates well, and if you try the Almond Oil; wait about 10 minutes before you get in the bed your sheets will absorb in your sheets. I like the Nivea line but never tried a scented body wash. I usually use the black or blue men's bottles. I generally like a body wash to smell like soap and not strong cologne. I know the scented body wash and spray thing is popular but I think that stuff smells cheap and bad and if you're an adult man using, you should be ashamed of yourself. If I want to smell like cologne, I use good cologne. Out of the shower, I want to smell like soap. And yes this one is scented and maybe affeminate with the vanilla whatever but it smells good and it's not overpowering or intense at all. ... show more

This actually left my skin pretty smooth after use. It smells less like vanilla and more like baby oil. The suds from it are decent; doesn't produce as much suds as other soaps, but its relaxing. Overall a good soap.

It smells like body powder which I was not expecting as it is labeled Vanilla & Sweat Cream. The smell isn't awful just not as advertised. It lathers well and leaves my skin soft without stripping it. It is much cheaper here on Amazon than in person. Despite the smell, I do like it!

This stuff is merely "ok". It's really thin, and flows like water. It's kind of a milky white color, like it has too much water in it. It doesn't foam up enough, and the smell isn't that great either. Nope nope nope. I'm going back to Dove.
