This frame is really great looking and has a smart magnetic design. It is made of perfectly clear acrylic that looks like glass. It is thick, solid and beautiful, and has a beveled edge that subtly catches the light. The frame looks like solid glass and has a nice heft to it. To load a photo or picture, just place between the two slabs of acrylic. There is a little magnet in each corner, and these hold the front and back pieces together very securely. The magnets also make it easy to load your pictures or switch them out on a whim. I got the 5x7 frame and it fits my 5x7 photo perfectly. Another option is to use a smaller picture and "float" it so there's a border of empty space around the picture - this is my favorite look for this frame. You can also use the frame either horizontally or vertically. Overall, I love this frame. It looks and feels expensive, like solid glass, but it is made of acrylic which of course is much more practical and durable. The frame is beautiful in a simple way as opposed to being fancy or ornate. It is clean and minimalist and will fit in nicely with just about any style of decor. The frame adds a touch of sparkle when the light hits it, but it also kind of disappears to allow your artwork or photo be the focal point. ... show more

Challenging to get the picture just right in the frame before putting the back and front together because the magnets holding the corners together are strong. Once the photo is in the frame, it looks really nice. You can use the frame in either a portrait or landscape way. You can't hang it; it is meant to sit on a flat surface. What a beautiful, well-made acrylic frame! It arrived very well packaged to protect it from scratches. Upon opening it, I was pleasantly surprised as it is very thick and well made. It looks like a frame you would see in a highend store. The magnets that hold the two sides together are very strong and the picture does not slide around once placed inside. It is actually so much easier to put the picture in than in some frames where it wants to slide before you can get the back on it. I am using it in a landscape position and it works perfectly. I also like the slightly rounded corners as it give a more high-end look. The frame can actually sit on it's own without the easel feature on the back, but, the easel does help to keep it sturdy. Great picture frame. Its modern but due to it being clear it fits in with any decor. Its heavy and very well built. It was a bit tricky to get the picture centered because the magnets come together quickly and strongly. It looks and feels expensive, completely recommend.

This frame is fantastic. It’s truly better than I expected, and I expected to like it. I didn’t want to share my personal photo once I placed it inside, but a 4x6 photo fits so nicely and the corner magnets end up in the corners of the photo. The white paper it comes with is probably 3x5, which tells me that a smaller photo will also look nice in it. In order to put the picture in, you just need to slightly pull it apart by pulling one side up and the other side down, and then apart. The little poles for the stand fit right inside the holes in the back, and hold it up at a good viewing angle. It can stand in its own if you don’t want to use them, but the stand helps it be the perfect viewing angle if you’ve place it on your desk or end table. ... show more

I needed something sturdy for displaying price signs at an outdoor craft show. This frame turned out to be simple and sturdy, with a touch of elegance. Each side is heavy acrylic with strong magnets holding it together. The pins/pegs that attach to the back to hold it up are also held in magnetically. The slant is perfect and the frame didn't budge, even in fairly strong wind. The frame is really easy to use - pry the front and back apart, line up your picture and replace the acrylic sides.
