The Wii U game pad arrived on time as stated. Game pad was in like new condition and has worked perfectly so far with no problems. I gave a four star rating on the fun to play line as a mark against Nintendo, not the supplier of this game pad. The Wii U system is practically useless without this game pad. Nintendo has a cash cow with this, knowing mostly children would be using this system. This is a great alternative to replacing with an entire new system at double the price or trying to fix it yourself. ... show more

Ordered this morning and received this afternoon. That's great. The thing doesn't work correctly. The joystick and movement buttons move on their own which makes it unusable in the games that we purchased it for (splatoon and pokken tournament), it's missing the stylus and screw covers. If you as a seller are going to claim that it's "certified refurbished" and that you tested the product thoroughly as per your description than it better arrive in perfect condition. Came in pristine condition, with cord and base, and works fine so far. I had to sync it to the console, but that's pretty easy. Just turn on and push the red sync buttons on both the controller and gamepad. A screen will come up and ask you to click on the icons visible on your tv screen. That's it - everything else must be saved on the console, because I didn't have any other setup to do. ... show more

The gamepad arrived in great condition, however the microphone does not work. It's honestly not a massive deal, but at over $200 I expected the controller to be fully functional.
