So far works great just took a little bit to configure or synch controllers to Wii and issue with tracking bar synching with controllers. Missing one of the wrist straps for 2nd controller. I've had to re synch controllers are few times with operation.

Received item yesterday. Everything worked except the console would not play any discs. I figured I'd go to the digital store and see if I could play digital games. That didn't work either. Gave me an error message that the digital store could not be accessed at this time. So no way to play any games on the unit. I've sent it back for replacement with another unit. Works great! obviously NOT refurbished, I went to open it up and just look at it's insides, and there was just a wrap on the front to cover the original case. I have no problem with it, I just wish they would tell you that. But other than that it's great! And to people that are having controller issues, SYNC YOUR CONTROLLERS!!!! when you put in the batteries you will see a red button and you will see the same on your console. Click them both and they will sync, then you can use them :) ... show more

Came in good condition got everything mentioned and even came with instructions to link console and controller. 10/10 great purchase only downside is 3rd party controllers and sensor bar but they work just like a normal wiimote and sensor bar so its alright 👍🏽

Just opened this year because I didn’t know what cord to get and one of the joy sticks didn’t work it won’t connect. I just bought new batteries and battery charger and still won’t work.

First time purchasing an item through Amazon’s Refurbished program. It arrived packed well, in a HelloFresh box. Upon unboxing it was apparent that the item was not in “Like New” or even “Good” condition. It looked as if someone had pulled it out of their basement after sitting for 10 years. It was dirty, the remotes yellowing and scratched, one missing a lens. They were sticky and the buttons were crunchy. It did include a rechargeable battery pack and stand which was as advertised, and the only item “Like New”. I essentially had to refurbish the other items myself. There were carpet beetle larvae husks in the disk slot and the ports were covered in grime and dirt. The nunchucks were in “Moderate” condition, also seemingly untouched from storage. It turns on and for the first 6-10 hours of use has seemingly no issues internally. However, after the 3rd week of light use, it began having issues reading disks when first put in the console and has began crashing once booted up and in game. I know they source these products through different “refurbishment” companies so your order result may vary, but it was not a good experience and felt like an all around scam. ... show more

It works great so far. the only problem i see is the power key on the remote doesn't shut off the console. but that is not a problem thats just an adjustment.

Everything works great. The remotes, console it’s self works. The only thing is if you want to play the game, Wii Sports Resort, do not forget to purchase the end pieces to the remote(motion detection), like I did. I am very happy with the product!
