*Update, contacted seller and he thought it was the power adapter. He rushed me a new adapter in time for Christmas. It works! Thank you! The Wii won’t turn on. Tried multiple outlets and nothing. Emailed seller yesterday to see if I can get it replaced before Christmas. Haven’t heard back. Will update when I do. Also, just a tip for those lucky enough to get a working console, if you have a smart TV, you will need a Wii to HDMI adapter. There are no AV inputs (red, yellow, white) on newer TV’s which is what the Wii has. Update, contacted seller and he thought it was the power adapter. First time purchasing an item through Amazon’s Refurbished program. It arrived packed well, in a HelloFresh box. Upon unboxing it was apparent that the item was not in “Like New” or even “Good” condition. It looked as if someone had pulled it out of their basement after sitting for 10 years. It was dirty, the remotes yellowing and scratched, one missing a lens. They were sticky and the buttons were crunchy. It did include a rechargeable battery pack and stand which was as advertised, and the only item “Like New”. I essentially had to refurbish the other items myself. There were carpet beetle larvae husks in the disk slot and the ports were covered in grime and dirt. The nunchucks were in “Moderate” condition, also seemingly untouched from storage. It turns on and for the first 6-10 hours of use has seemingly no issues internally. However, after the 3rd week of light use, it began having issues reading disks when first put in the console and has began crashing once booted up and in game. I know they source these products through different “refurbishment” companies so your order result may vary, but it was not a good experience and felt like an all around scam. ... show more

This item arrived in a timely manner and, while I had to charge a few of the components, worked great overall! The syncing of the controllers worked better with Duracell AA batteries though, not the rechargeable ones it came with. This console reads games and responds well to commands one synced. 🙂👍❤️ ... show more

I ordered a complete Wii system for my grandchildren for Christmas. Everything works fine except the camera, which is marginal at best. I swapped this camera with the one from my personal system and tested it with this “new” system, everything else equal. It detected the controllers MUCH easier. Otherwise, my order came quickly, works GREAT, and looks new! Could you please ask the supplier this question? Or, if they would just send me another canera? I don’t want to exchange any other component or the whole system, and risk getting some other marginal component(s). ... show more

Totally out my money because I waited to set this up. I needed an HDMI cable, then I needed a new wii sports game for bowling. I finally got around to setting it up and it won't accept/ grab the cd/game to start it up. So, it passed to the time to return ( I KNOW MY FAULT). Paid total of 140.17 for something that is broke and junk! Called the number and emailed on the card that came with it. Supposed to be ensuring quality. They never answered the phone or returned any VM. E-mailed. No answer to that either. So buyer beware. ... show more
