    • Doesn't work - horrible response times
Paid a fairly high price for this thinking it would improve the quality/condition of the product. Received the product looked great - hooked up and won't update or read game discs. Contacted seller as the insert requested if there was an issue. Only response was, "Do you want to replace or a refund?" I stated a working replacement console would be fine... no response... asked how they wanted to handle the replacement... no response... sent photos of the error screens... no response... asked again how they want to handle as this was a birthday gift and the recipient was anxious to use... no response... Googled seller... HORRIBLE reviews on BadBuyersList. Seems shady and lackadaisical. No thanks. You got my money, I expect a respectable and reasonable response time, not crickets! Sosa Games.... never again!! ... show more

    • Unexpectedly fast shipping and good at customer service
The console and such were as far as I've used it very functional, and what more could you ask for? The shipping was much faster than cited and came half a week early at least. I had asked if I could pay for faster shipping than the original quote and they said they couldn't do it after the fact, but in the end I got it about when I wanted for no extra cost, maybe intentionally which would be nice of them. I did get a dysfunctional remote with buttons that occassionally wont work and it wasn't the built-in one (because they were out of the built-in), but when I expressed that I bought this wii specifically because of the built-in and it was dysfunctional, they sent me a built-in one. I have not received it yet and so can't speak to the functionality, but I very much appreciate them working with me on that. It also didn't come with a stand, but it's not necessary from what I've been able to gather from online research. ... show more

Bought this bundle as a Christmas present for my daughter. Out of the box the controller was dead. Reached out to the reseller and explained the situation, and they had a new controller on the way and it arrived two days later - worked great!
