Love love love the Nintendo switch! There was an issue with my cord and I couldn’t get it to connect to the TV, I reached out to the seller and they sent me a replacement right away. Excellent customer service.

The first Switch I received had a small issue with the right controller. I asked customer service for a controller replacement, and they sent me another Switch (not just the controller). This second item was still logged into a random person’s account and had their games installed. After I factory reset the item, this went away. However, this Switch was also defective. The right controller did not charge when connected to the console. Neither of the controllers worked while detached. Eventually, the charger would die and be entirely unusable since the console was incapable of charging it. I would never recommend buying a renewed item from this seller. ... show more

I was nervous it wasn’t going to arrive in a good or decent condition, but so far it feels and looks completely new! It runs the way it’s supposed too and having lots of fun with my switch. :)
