This has become my kiddos latest "don't leave home without it" item. From a parent's perspective, I like the parental control features to ensure that he is downloading age-appropriate games and the notifications when requests to purchase a game. There are other features such as time restrictions. I love the portability and having the option of SWITCHing from a solo hand-held device, to a multi-person interactive console. It's a great way for my son and I to bond on a rainy day, and it's great to still be able to interact with him from a distance through Nintendos online subscription (fees apply) ... show more

It plays all of the same games as the original Switch. It has a slightly larger and clearer screen. The bonus game code was easy to redeem.

Loving the console overall and the bundle was an awesome deal. Works with regular usb c charger. Downloading games when connected to WiFi is really slow though. Better to do when you’re going to bed because it takes about an hour to download one game and it can only download one game at a time. Recommended to buy a MicroSD if you intend to get the games virtually instead of the card. Love the console however. Very portable and nice. Fortnite quality was a 5/10 compared to a PS5 console, but it’s still good!! ... show more
