I was very skeptical of this case at first. It seems intimidating with the huge camera lens cover. But the cover acts as a kickstand to prop the phone up and protects the camera perfectly. Once you get used to opening the camera when it's needed, this is the best case I've ever had for this device.

    • Camera slide a little rough until worn in and stand broke
The camera cover slide was a bit stiff for the first month until the plastic wore in a little. I used a little valve grinding compound/liquid sandpaper and then washed with ptfe oil in the slides. Worked perfectly to still latch and slide open quickly. However the flap stand in the middle broke off fairly quickly. I really like this case. The Mag Safe option works great and I generally like the camera protector/kick stand. However, after 1 month, the camera protector no longer closes. It tries to engage but ops off every time now.
