So I just received my shackle hitch receiver, and usually I could care less how it is packaged but it was packaged really nice I almost feel bad throwing the package away but I will survive. So the shackle hitch is machined out of solid 2 inch steel square bar I was worried that it was going to be a square tube but it is solid and seems very strong. I'm very happy with my purchase. I haven't tested it yet but as long as it doesn't break I'll be a happy camper. ... show more

Seems sturdy. Buying Amazon resale was a joke first one never made it, fedex sent it back, second one was missing keys and the torx tool. Box had a note inside saying it was missing parts - amazon needs to check returned items better.
