Update: The seller reached out to me to address my concerns about this label maker and offered a refund that could be used to purchase their D110 unit (that does have USB-C charging). I'm very impressed with the seller and the way they handled the situation. ------------------------------------------ When I received this label maker, I was surprised to see that it uses the older style micro-USB cable for charging, not the newer USB-C style cable. I was tempted to send it back and get a different label maker simply so I don't have to keep a older cable handy for charging, but for the price and convenience I decided to keep it. I should have looked at the ad photos closer, it clearly states "Mirco-USB" (misspelled), so I'm at least partially to blame for my disappointment with the product. ... show more
