First of all, I was a bit skeptical when I received the Amazon box because it was much smaller than deminisions of the bag. Like so many other things I have ordered lately it was folded into a tiny plastic bag and shrunk. It did pop open to the advertised size. Like someone said, it has a soft bottom. I will have a thin piece of plywood cut 8" x 16" to fit into the bottom. It held my new Brother sewing machine and accessories that I bought to take to classes perfectly.
