Update 9/2024: One caveat, the ear loop broke off when I accidentally put pressure on it while in my ear. I was able to glue it with AC glue and so far is still holding... For the price, this Bluetooth headset is very good. It's not a Poly/Plantronics, but it costs way less than 1/2 the price! Especially when you consider it also comes with a charging case. Overall, the sound quality is good, although calls are not as loud as I would like. In a noisy environment, it's hard to hear the caller if they don't speak up. The battery life is outstanding though! Haven't had a chance to run it down fully yet, so, many hours is not overstating it! Bluetooth range is very good as well. The fit is very comfortable, unless having an earpiece partially in your ear canal bothers you. It comes with 3 sizes of earpieces, and whichever one allows it to enter your ear will give you the best sound quality. Definitely worth giving it a try! ... show more

I bought this item during the middle of April 2024 and 3 months later in July, the audio quality became so low to the point that I can barely hear a person's voice or the phone ringing. The 2nd week I had it, the ear clip part broke somehow so I had to use nail glue and tape. I bought this for my job because I work from home and make phone calls. I don't like the headphones/headset that goes over the head so I started researching an alternative that would allow mobility and is wireless and I found this. The battery doesn't last more than 8 hours because when you have a person on the line/while you're talking to someone, it drains the battery ALOT. The battery doesn't drain much when you're using the earpiece to listen to a video though. 2 hours later it would still be on 90%. I could have used my $30 to buy a pair of regular earphones and it would have worked a lot better and lasted a lot longer. This is a good example of why I usually avoid buying cheap electronics. Also the rubber part kept coming off of the earpiece and getting stuck in my ear anytime I would take the device out. Changing the size would not have helped because the others were too small for my ear. The charging case is nice and good for travel, it's lightweight and I like the LED display. The device does connect to 2 devices at once which is a cool feature and one that is new to me. The pros I stated about the device is not enough to give more than one star because the main function does not work. ... show more

Well made, good sound quality, nice and clear, good price. Stays connected well, fits well on his ear, and durable. We did end up having to buy a replacement because the mic got blown out, but it was blown out by an engine backfire, which I think is fair.

I honestly grabbed this earpiece without doing much research at all. I was truly focused on the pricing but as it turns out, this is a great earpiece. The battery lasts for literally days of use, the volume is sufficiently adjustable to allow me to hear my conversations in the car, at the worksite, and any other place I could possibly take a call. Range is great although who really leaves their phone for more than a moment. It is weighted very nicely, there are several earpieces and the ability to adjust the boom as well. For the price, this product works pretty good. However, for me, I wanted to break it while at work. Here are my points: Pros: Stays on my ear when bending down and *moving under equipment *Lightweight *case with USB C charger and display Cons: *disconnect issues with work iPhone during calls while driving (example: I call someone while driving and the device stops working and the call is defaulted to phone speaker) *call volume is too low despite at "maximum"(any calls I make or take are difficult for me to hear while driving and while in warehouse environment* *buttons are difficult to press and can be uncomfortable (the call end button is stiff and I feel like I push the device too far onto my ear canal I still like this bluetooth and it's nice to have.
