I also have a mattress warmer on my side of the bed and instead of setting the temperature at 8 I can now set it at 3 and it kept me warm all night. I doubt that we will be using this year-round. The dogs and cat seem to approve of the new addition to our bed. Price is very reasonable, and I wouldn't hesitate buying another one for our guest room.
