This was the perfect gift for my 9 month old! I foresee him using this for a long time with all the different bike settings. I set this up in about 15 minutes, everything clicked right into its places, no tools required. My little one is 9 months old, about 21 lbs and can’t reach the pedals yet. This convertible tricycle is sensational. I gave it to my little boy and he has enjoyed it even without being able to reach the pedals. It's great because you can drive it when they can't reach, so it works like a stroller but more fun for them. It has good quality materials. I find it durable. Got this for my 15 month old granddaughter. It went together quickly and easily. All the pieces were included. Since she can’t steer yet, the extension that allows the parent to steer is critical, and it is the weakest part of the entire unit, it feels like of it is overstressed it will break, which if this happens could cause the unit to turn over. I do like that this can grow with her and time will see how well she adapts to each stage.
