When it arrived it was noted that the end part of the top "pole" was sticking out of the box. When opened it was discovered that the top piece pole at the bottom was Bent almost in half, wiring connects thru this that inserts into the "bottom" pole. Waiting to see how seller handles the cost of the return as it was received damaged. Seller request pictures sent. We were able to cut off the end, tree still fit in stand & worked. The tree was very easy to setup. I like that you can change from white to colored lights. I still need to do more fluffy with the branches but it’s pretty full. Great value and definitely would recommend.

The tree is nice enough after a week of adjusting and fluffing The lights are pretty enough and the remote is very handy The problem is the stand After firmly attaching the standing with the only screw the stand will still fold in on itself if you try to move or touch the tree If you have cats prepare for an almost certain disaster I picked this tree after many comparisons because we needed a more slender tree this year and this promised to be a nice tree I am not completely satisfied and I purchased and assembled well before Christmas , actually it is now a week before thanksgiving I am seriously considering returning because I just don’t trust the stand ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First, a big shout-out for shipping to Alaska!! For a product that is bulky like this one, they packaged it really well. I received the package in really good shape with zero damage. I looked at a ton of trees before purchase and I am really satisfied with how fast I receive the shipment as well as the quality of this tree. The needles and branches have a realistic look, and nothing was falling off the tree as I assemble. The white lights gave a pretty mellow and holiday feeling to the cabin. I love how strong the base is and it definitely serves as a stable foundation for a heavy tree. We purchased this 7.5 ft tree and it took me about 10 minutes to assemble. I am not a tall woman, and I was able to assemble it myself. I took it down for now just because Christmas is still 2 months away; but again, it took me less than 10 minutes to disassemble. It's quite amazing I was able to fit everything back into the original box. There is also a foot pedal you can use to turn the lights on and off. Overall, I really like this product and I am just really happy with their shipment methods. **Notice: I have not fluff the branches yet in these pictures, just wanted to set it up and see. Will post more pictures after we put the ornaments on later in the season. ... show more
