Great product. I actually use this most around my stomach. The band is stretchy so I can wrap in around my waist to numb injection sites. (IVF ladies you know what I mean). Also squishy and comfortable.

First of all, I absolutely love the plastic bag it comes with to keep the mask clean when throwing it in the freezer. I have this problem as a side sleeper where my skin creases under my eyes. I try to lay facing up but it's so hard to stay in that position all night. This eye mask helps reduce puffiness and helps blood flow. The color of my skin turned more natural after using this. The ice retention lasts about 30 minutes. I normally use the cloth side first. Then when it defrosts a bit more, I'll flip it to the plastic side for a more cooler feel. The mask has an adjustable strap with velcro for a more tailored fit. It's super easy to use and easy to store. This was a great purchase, of course if you have the time to lay there for an extra 30 minutes in the morning. Sometimes when my neck hurts, I'll use this as an ice pack and lay down and let the ice heal my neck. So I'm getting my monies worth, the price is super affordable. ... show more

I just had eye surgery and bought 4 masks. Frozen, they last exactly 35 minutes on my eyes to get to body temp. Cycling through the 4 meant I could always have them on my eyes and when the 4th was thawed, the first was re-frozen and ready to be used again. Worked great. Also rec getting 4x4 gauze pads as they provide the perfect barrier so the pack don't sit directly on the skin and maintain the perfect cold temp. These worked very well after my eye surgery. At first, I needed to apply cold compresses but the gauze got warm right away. I put a partially frozen one over the wet gauze and it kept it nice and cold for the full 10 mins. It was also easy to wipe the surface of the eye mask with an alcohol pad to keep it clean. The surgeon said my bruising was minimal because I did a great job with the compresses. After a few days, when swelling settles in, you’re supposed to do warm compresses. You have to be careful when you microwave the eye mask. It gets VERY HOT quickly but I found 18 secs to be perfect for me. Move the beads around after microwaving it and use a thin towel or sterile gauze between you and the eye mask. It was so soothing, I often fell asleep while using it. I am so glad I had these. It was nice to treat both eyes at the same time and after all my use, they still look brand new. ... show more
