It's darker than a typical table lamp, so it does create shadows. I was contacted by the seller that was willing to rectify my unhappy experience and provided me with full refund. it’s a bright light with good color settings but my problem with it is finding a good enough source to have it running longer than 6 minutes. i would buy it again just due to how sturdy it is but i wish it plugged directly into the wall or came with the correct power adapter

You can change the brightness of the light to yellow or white light. Also it has a remote control that you can press to record or take photos. It has Bluetooth connection for phone.
