They are a PAIN to unwrap from factory and assemble. Use a power tool instead of the allen key if you can. It will save you time and it will also save your fingers. Also the tools provided are cheap and start to wear out during assembly. I used additional loctite to secure the screw. The screws already come with a dry dab of something but I never trust that stuff. Use loctite. Assembly is easy but there are a lot of screw to secure the base. The vinyl seat part is super thick and plush. Very easy on your bottom. While it is a pain to assemble, if it was easy, it would probably be flimsy. For a little over $100 for 4, its a steal! I hate when I see something I want on Amazon and then it gets sold out so, if you are thinking of purchasing these then do it. They were so easy to assemble, packaged with care, look amazing, and are comfortable to sit on. My bar height is 36 in (91.44 cm) and these are the perfect fit.

These barstools have a nice and sturdy build to them once you get them fully assembled and tighten the bolts. Really easy to put together and they look great. Also, they came really well packed and protected for the shipment process.
