This product is really good. Very sturdy and it creates the proper angles so water is shed easily. The webbing attached to different areas of your boat for stability. Covering and uncovering weekly in the heat of Needles California can be burdensome but for less frequent use, it is great.

The tripod feet and 6 point on the top guarantees no wobble as you pull the cover up. We have a Tahoe runabout and these straps are very long so just draped over the sides to the trailer, under and hooked to itself. Nice large hooks on the end. The stands and straps were fine, but a couple of the plastic buckles on the straps broke when I tried to really tighten them. They should be metal like the hooks.

You can't tighten the straps tight enough or they break. I tightened the twist lock with a channel lock pliers and it still slipped down. I ended up with a chunk of ice on my tarp 3 ft by 2 ft and a foot thick. If you live where there is mainly rain with occasional light snow this system might work for you, but I ended up with a real mess on my hands in the dead of winter. ... show more
