This is great tasting coffee not bitter like starbux not watery like dunkin or McD's very smooth and has no jitters after a few cups in the morning. I’m not usually a big coffee drinker it was never my favorite drink. But I like to have some at home to serve to guests. I ran out of my bag of a well known brand that I served to my friends but I never liked. Even with oat milk it is much too acidic for my stomach. A friend suggested I try a new brand called New York’s Favorite Coffee. He couldn’t say enough how great it is. So I ordered it on Amazon and brewed up a cup to see if it lived up to the hype. Well I can truly say the coffee was fabulous, unlike the other brand, which always tasted bitter and somewhat burnt, New York’s Favorite Coffee was sweet and smooth and yes delicious. When I lived in NYC, I never had to think about where to go for a great cup of coffee. Most diners and street vendors sold what I have always thought to be, New York City coffee. The blue cup with the meander symbol meant full-body coffee with no acidic bite! After moving to Connecticut, I could never appreciate the mermaid or donut brands and even though I’ve lived here for many years, I’ve never settled on a coffee brand that I consistently buy. Well, I happened upon New York’s Favorite Coffee on Amazon, packaged in that distinctive blue color and complete with Greek symbol. Could it be that someone was finally offering New York’s great-tasting coffee outside of the city? With great anticipation, I brewed a cup of New York’s Favorite Coffee this morning and to my delight, it’s the same aromatic coffee I remember! In a world of mediocre coffees, there is one that stands alone. This is perhaps the best coffee that there has ever been. I drink it from when I wake up to when I go to sleep. It is what has become my lifeblood. I am a slave to this coffee, and you should be too; whatever they charge (for this is a pittance). Wow! This coffee was absolutely incredible! Truly a classic NY treat. The flavor was powerful and perfect for hot or iced coffee. I even tried the beans in my espresso martini and they were just perfect. 10/10!
