Overall I liked the product, well constructed, and good fit. I was disappointed that other than little ID tags on the wires, there were no installation instructions to indicate interface with existing wiring. Also the knob on the signal arm was cracked during construction of the harness, and popped off during installation. Had to glue the knob back on, and had to repair/reinforce the 2 cracks with cyanoacrylate (Superglue). I hope it holds and the horn button still works. ... show more

    • Well made kit, use a 48 volt reducer
This kit doesnt need too much for instructions as the wire harness has great detailed tags at each plug. lay the harness in place before you zip tie it down and definetly use a 48 to 12 volt reducer so the LEDs last longer. I attached the wire harness fuse to my voltage reducer and the power to my voltage reducer from the side of the ignition switch with the blue wires so the key controls power to the Voltage reducer. Kit takes 3 hrs to install and works perfect on my 97 Club Car DS. ... show more

They used quality materials and labeled everything! Only downside is the cutout templates, they are low quality paper. If I ever do it again, will transfer to poster board to get accurate lines.

Good product overall. The supplied instructions don't exactly match what is supplied. Manual says to install the fuse panel (doesn't have one, it's a single inline fuse), says to use a 3/8" drill bit to install light switch ( actually need a 31/64" bit), it states you can adjust the brake switch (not possible, you must adjust the pedal if needed), it tells you nothing about the horn installation. However, the lights are very bright and the turn signal switch seems very sturdy. Installed in one afternoon. ... show more

Nice bright lights …wiring harness simple to install…plug and play for all lights,horn,turn signals etc. The hardest part is working in tight places to run the wiring loom.

    • Great street legal kit!
We needed to make our cart street legal for local ordinances, and we decided after looking at many to go with this kit. Love the headlights and the fact it is all LED lighting. Works great, and will also help my kids learn how to drive and use signals too (not that anyone seems to use turn signals anymore - but I digress). The instructions could be better, but I managed to get it all installed in about 3 hours taking my time and checking and rechecking before I mounted anything. Installed this kit on a 2003 DS 48 volt Club Car. While the instructions were not perfect. I found good videos doing a Google search. Cart already had lights on it that never worked well and had stopped working. Cut out original light mounting assembly. See pictures. This filled in hole from original Club Car lights and gave a place to mount new lights. I have painted chrome from original lights black to match new lights. Lights are very bright compared to original lights. This kit added horn, directional signals and emergency flasher that original lights did not have. Cart already had 12vdc voltage converter.
