The media could not be loaded. For a renewed product I was betting it all that the quality wouldn't be dropped, but I was VERY surprised. It was indistinguishable from a completely new Surface, although the packing peanuts for shipping was somewhat questionable. Regardless, for the last week the surface has been an amazing device that blends the intuitiveness of a tablet, with the full desktop experience. Some features like switching to tablet mode by folding back the keyboard (not included) were discovered by complete guess and not by research. The stand is great, and the entire product is very durable. The battery life surpassed my expectations for the power it brings, with around 6 hours at a constant of 60% memory/cpu usage. A must-buy for artists with how responsive the pen is, especially when paired with a paperlike screen protector. Works seamlessly with Clip Studio Paint. The color range is superb. GREAT. PRODUCT.     • No Type Cover or Pen in the Box
Amazon tells customers to make sure they product descriptions in their entirety. This one says that in the box are a type cover and pen. Neither were in the box. I contacted both the seller and Amazon and have not received an explanation or resolution. In regards to the tablet, it seems to work fine. I have added Photoshop and Illustrator. The pen I had to purchase that did NOT come with the tablet, is working fine. I haven't had it long enough to check battery life for too long. However, I had it on two days ago and used it unplugged for a little while. The battery is at the same level as it was when I turned it off. So far, so good. However, I might have looked elsewhere if I knew the price did not include the type cover or pen. As I had to purchase each separately and am still waiting for my cover to arrive from a different vendor. ... show more

    • No surface pro charger/Pro 7 don’t come with cellular capabilities
I purchased a surface pro 7 because I love the original charger that comes with it! It is kid proof! I wanted it celular data so I could connect it to a number, but according to the seller in the area where it says cellular it says 4G which I understood cellular capability! A simple no would have avoid this purchase and the back and forth email or calls. Seller did reply in the appropriate time even though we didn’t reach to any real agreement since they believe they stated all the necessary information!     • Great art tablet.
I use this for drawing on-the-go. At home, I have a much heavier pen display as a secondary monitor in a 3-screen setup. This tablet is nowhere near as good as that... but it works well for a mobile device. I bought an aftermarket pen from Renaisser to get a better pen for it. The pen works well with Adobe and Serif products but does not work with Krita. I've had 2 months to fix Krita and could not figure it out. This tablet is good for drawing, but it gets a lot better in general once you add a type cover. If you don't get a type cover for it, you will have a bad time, because it relies on the type cover for a lot of features. The type cover also helps protect the screen. I would recommend the Pro 7 model as a good Windows 10 device, but it is a little dated. You have to be OK with some qwerks, like the pen has to go on the outside of the tablet, not in the type cover. The default pen also doesn't work well... but the Renaisser pen works quite well. Overall, it's worth the money saved to go to the older model in my opinion. That's an opinion, though, and you have to make up your own mind about that. ... show more

I shopped and researched for hours. Save time and buy this laptop. My research paid off - it is amazing. I have owned 3 Surface before and they hadd issues. This one works perfectly and super fast. Go for 16gig ram! Don't buy the Surface X.

    • Stopped working immediately after warrenty
I would give 0 stars but i cant. A week after the warrenty expired the device stopped working. Any support ive tried to get has been useless and i literally just wasted over $1000 on this product. Incredibly displeased
