    • Freshened up the ride quality
2018 Silverado 5.3 Took it out of the box, connected to wifi, checked for updates, the device updated, plug it up to the truck, picked a tune, before it loads a tune, it backs up the stock tune. This is where i had problems initially. As it tried to store my stock tune, the device display " Read failed Ecu rejected seed request". Tried a couple more times without success. Emailed tech support afterhours, got a early response stating the device needed "17+ unlock" that should have been included with device and they requested I connect it to my computer or wifi to update again. After reconnecting to my laptop and wifi, I tried to load a tune and it worked fine...loaded the 87 tune, throttle boost, and turned AFM off. I'm pleased with the results and I haven't even tried the higher performance tune. Who knows what kind of gains this thing achieved, but the feel of the truck is improved and I'm glad I decided to try this...really wanted AFM gone, figured I'd pay a little more and increase performance and ride quality...it works. ... show more

I had an issue downloading the update tool. So I called customer support. Then I had a problem downloading the update for my ecu so I called customer support. Both times they walked me through the issue, ran an update on their end, and got everything working. If you have an issue or don't know how to do something, call them. After everything was done, the canned tunes were great and I plan on getting a custom in the future. ... show more

I was told that this was the one I needed for my 2018 Tahoe RST. 6.2 with the 10sp auto trans. It did kill the AFM and sppedlimiter however it does nothing for the trans. SO I paid full price and got half the options

It didn’t work I couldn’t get it to do anything. I couldn’t get to down load up dates. I had my wife help me who is a computer geek and she couldn’t get it to do anything . So I returned it. Just a piece of junk.

I’m Amazon claims this will work for 2019 Silverado, it does not. I called Diablo and they said it will absolutely not work. Diablo said Amazon has a habit of misleading how the programmer works, the only way for it to work is to send in the ECU for programming….. don’t waste your money. I currently am trying to get my 516.00 back… why advertise this will work on my 2019 Silverado ... show more

    • Paying extra for GM should not be!
My only dislike is that I had to pay extra on top of the premium price to work on a GM vehicle. $40. It really should just be a part of the default. Now with the device one bug plus is not having to leave them in the vehicle after applying tune. I installed the tuner for the option to disable the AFE/DOD on the vehicle. One of the first things needed to be done on GM vehicles. With the generic tune, I must say it did make an improvement on the vehicle. Roll-ons are much better and the vehicle shifts more efficiently now as well. Besides the additional charges I am happy with this device. ... show more
