I love New bee , have been using the same brand for years now , they work well and stan on your ear well with the cuffs provided. The volume is decent. The case is awesome . The only thing I wish is for the charge to be a lil faster but it's not super slow I'm just impatient lol. New bee lasts a long time if you use like 8 hrs a day it will last at least 4 days . I like it Paired easily with my phone, I've had issues in the past with various Bluetooth products and my first reaction is wonder if it will connect. No problem at all Sounded a little flat when the first call came in, realized it was a too loud and adjusted the volume, now very clear. Came 100% charged and a few hours later, it's still at 100% (I get calls, not a lot of like my best friend). I've had two or three of these headsets so far, and I've been mostly pleased with them. I use mine mainly for phone calls and for quick connections to my laptop when I don't want it to play sound through its own speakers. For that it works well. Battery life is very, very good, and it charges quickly when it finally does run down. I also like the swiveling ear hook; it keeps the device very secure on my ear, yet it folds down easily so I can put the device in my pocket when I'm not using it, and the plastic has been very durable - no worries about the ear hook breaking off, which used to happen easily on previous headsets from Plantronic. Sound quality in my ear is decent but certainly not hi-fi, and callers on the other end say the sound quality is acceptable as well. My only real complaint is that two of these units eventually just stopped working, for no apparent reason. To their credit, though, when I contacted the company via Amazon, they sent a no-charge replacement both times. So, bottom line: If you're looking for stunning sound quality and/or every possible feature, this headset probably isn't for you. But if you're looking for a good, serviceable unit for phone calls and occasional other use, with a company that stands behind their product, you'll probably be perfectly happy with this one. ... show more

You definitely want to buy this newbee ear bud it’s my third one to buy as I have given one as a gift and they are so simple to pair with your phone and have a great sound and the function buttons are in a good position to actually be able to use them. It has a pretty long distance that you can go when walking away from your device and will make a sound to verify you hung up the phone when talking. I do not like how some others do nothing no sound when you push end on a conversation. You don’t know if you might accidentally still be connected and having customers call me the last thing I want is for the phone to stay connected when I thought I hung up. You can easily answer with the push of the outside of the earbud unlike some having a tiny spot or when you push them they don’t stay in your ear correct. The case that comes with these ear buds is so cute and convenient if you go overnight somewhere or even be used for storing the charge connect cord and the fit in your ear is perfect. Choose the size rubber piece that goes on covering the speaker and it fits comfortably. I can not even tell I have it on being I wear it ALL THE TIME. The value for your money is absolutely awesome and I highly recommend the newbee products as I have never been disappointed. ... show more

I could just as easily given this 4 stars...my real grade is a 3.5 star. It's mediocre, but it's solid enough that it's very good for the price. It's been a while since I had to buy a bluetooth earpiece, and I was pretty disappointed in the selection. I realize not many people use these anymore, but I don't like the 2-ear headphone option, and I don't like talking on my car's bluetooth. I was prepared to spend on a "good one" this go-around, but found almost none that consistently performed well and people really seemed to like. I considered buying a $200 one but even that had such mixed reviews when I looked at the most recent reviews. This one seemed solid at worst, so I figured I'd get it and maybe keep looking for a great one (which I didn't lol). This thing is a little bigger and thicker than it needs to be, but not by much. And once you get it connected, it's solid. Sound quality is fine and I never ever lose connection. Volume isn't the loudest but typically good enough. Where it's terrible is if it's off and you want to turn it on and answer an incoming call. Every other bluetooth in my life (a lot) has automatically connect to the call within a few seconds. Not this thing. Ever. It'll take a few seconds, then connect for a few seconds, that go mute again. Then nowhere for a few seconds...not on bluetooth or your phone. Absolutely maddening if you even try, and I learned not to. So I either leave it on, or I answer on my iphone. Maybe I just stay on speaker, or if I know it's a lengthy conversation, I ask if I can call them right back. If there's no incoming call activity, I can turn on the bluetooth and it will connect in 10 seconds or so, and then I'm fine. But it took a little getting used to, having to plan around not being able to just turn it on and take a call. And frankly it's annoying as hell I have to, and the reason for only 3 stars. Borderline ridiculous with tech today. But once you get past that, it performs well and consistently. Certainly worth the $30 or whatever I paid for it. Even if you have it as a dependable backup and look for something better. ... show more
