Honestly I was surprised when the ipad came in with no scratches visible and looked super new. Of course only thing I do have to watch out is the battery capacity, Its makes total sense that because this is refurbished, the capacity wouldn't be 100% which I am completely fine with replacing it in the near future. I purchased this iPad in September of 2021. I got the 256gb and it was working perfectly up until a few months ago. The whole unit board gave out due to a random chance of error (according to the Genius Bar). Although I’ve kept it in pristine condition and only ever used it to take notes, it stopped working. They quoted to repair the issue at $419…. Ridiculous. That’s how they make their money. I’m stuck in a position that I don’t have warranty on it anymore and I’m way passed my return/refund date. I would very much appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to help solve this matter. This problem did not occur to user error, matter in fact it was a system error so maybe when it was refurbished it had a lingering issue even then. When I try to turn on the iPad it prompts me to visit the Apple help site to restore but that does not work. I need some assistance as I am not willing to purchase this iPad again at $450, one time was enough! ... show more
