I spent a great deal of money on this useless machine! The machine goes into descale mode constantly. I have no hard water; I only use purified water. I called the company, and they told me to descale and then leave the machine dormant for 30 minutes after every descale! What!!!!, Then I was told to unplug it after the descale for an hour to reset the computer because it might be stuck. I'm usually a big Breville fan, but I do not recommend this machine. ... show more

I have had my eye on this one for a while. We love it. We are tea drinkers as well as coffee and I love the fact this one has the option to provide water. I highly recommend this machine if you like a good espresso and dont have time for the super fancy stuff. Its fast and efficient and makes a great espresso/ and or lattes. I love the look and style of it-super modern and goes with my kitchen...not to mention its super user friendly. The touch screen is a game changer and the automatic milk frother saves time( you dont have to froth it yourself like some of the others ). Lastly- it self cleans pretty well.....for the price well worth it. 5 STARS!! ... show more

Nespresso doesn't make clear that the US version of this machine only operates at 110V instead of the EU 220V version. Which means that is not possible to make both espresso and frothed milk at the same time (one of the major advantages of this "Pro" model). The build quality is really good overall, but the front face of the machine is made with cheap "mirror like" plastic that will scratch if you wipe it with something that is not a delicate microfiber cloth. Also worth to mention that the (non replaceable) milk jar is designed to froth large amounts of milk (latte and macchiato), so if you just wanna make a cappuccino or flat white, you will have to either throw away the extra milk or froth it below the minimum range, harming the froth quality. I really like this machine and Nespresso's ideals of making a great quality espresso drink with little time and effort, but I would never recommend it for more than $650. If you want this machine, wait for an appropriate deal. ... show more
