This is my second nespresso, my first was the vertuo next however it was difficult to open and shut so I opted to purchase this version. The machine arrived and the box was damaged but the machine itself was in perfect condition. I would have given 5 stars, however the photos and the description state it would come with sample pods and there were none included. If you like espresso but don't like the hassle of making a cup and cleaning up after you're done this is a very solid option for the convenience. After being pleasantly blown away by all the little things you'd never consider like not having to take your own pod out, it automatically empties, not by itself a selling point but really cool feature to stumble onto.
