this is my first drone, making me a beginner. knowing it would take time and practice to get the feel of flying, i wasnt sure i wound even get the hang of it, or like this kind of sport. . plus, with no experience, there will be several crashes. had plenty of crashes and the drone has held up. no damages. so far. have flown directly into trees, tree limbs, garage, and ground just to name a few. no damages. lost control over a 75+ foot pine tree, crashing all the way through tree to ground. no damages. not saying this drone is a super tough drone, but its held up so far. with the low price, if it does get damaged beyond repair, im not out much money. its worth the try. drone seems user friendly, simple to operate, but... user needs to get the feel for flying, which will(like anything else), takes practice. thats part of the fun. depending on your skill level, user may get the hand of flying in a few tries. keep in mind, there is not much range with this drone. advertised at a 100 meters. slightly over football field. after that range, drone was not very responsive. but for me, not a deal breaker. would buy again. also... bought extra batteries to keep the fun going. ... show more

Good for the price I recommend this to any beginner in the drone multiverse. I didn’t know what to except from this after looking up so many expensive drones but overall I’m impressed with this item. It’s wind-friendly ( if you don’t panic ) fast and a lot funnier than I thought it’d be. Great gift for kids as well as adults. I hit it against a wall a car a tree the flew head on to the concrete and still working perfect just got some scratch that’s all. I definitely like it and will buy 3 more as a gift for my people. ... show more

    • Good Value, but hard to fly and easy to lose

Update The company heard my concerns and disappoint in losing my drone after the first flight. They graciously took care of me and provided a few tips to practice learning to fly it. After opening the drone and practicing indoors, flying is much easier, and at this price, it is the perfect starter drone to learn to fly with! Still suggest not flying outdoors on windy days and keeping it low to the ground. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was impressed with all the stuff you got and the design. It's cheap, and you know that once you hold it as it's made of cheap plastic. Flying is tricky as you need to learn to fly it just by watching the drone rather than the video feed the feed could be better with a better connection. Additionally, I would recommend not flying it with any wind. I mean, NO WIND at all. I had a DJI Maverick Pro, and it was fantastic and easy to fly and control; however, I never used it, so I sold it. I purchased this one to mess around with, and when I went it fly it for the first time, it was almost impossible to control; the video feed was useless, and soon as it got above 15 feet, the 5 - 10 MPH wind grabbed ahold of it and sent it flying into the horizon. With no video feed or GPS, it was gone for good. So If you are going to buy this, use it to learn and fly in an empty field away from anything! ... show more
