I’ve been sleeping in this mattress for several weeks now so I can offer my assessment. This replaced a very inexpensive mattress that was horrible to sleep on. This mattress is a huge improvement. I like the hybrid style and it seems firm enough that it offers good support and soft enough that I don’t wake up sore. The mattress comes wrapped tight and is easy to unwrap and place on bed frame, even by one person. Unless you have an old mattress to haul off, extra service isn't really necessary. .... Although fumes weren't that noticeable, we let our new mattress air out for three nights. Last night was our first night using the bed and it was almost like sleeping on a cloud. I could feel my body being supported properly all night long. Both my husband, who has back problems, and myself said it was the best sleep we've had in a long time. Horrible quality, i mean its a pricy mattress, it shouldnt be so bad . U can tell its been sitting in the storage for yeara . Its old , its out of shape . I gave it 3 days so maybe it would go back to a normal shape and look, it did not . Even the cover it looks so bad , Please do not buy any mattresses online , do yourself a favor and go to a store. I bought 3 of these beds to furnish my new house, based on the positive reviews. At first the bed was a little too firm but not a problem. I just put a topper on it to compensate. After about 3 months I noticed the bed was much softer so I took the topper off. It seemed pretty good for another several months. Recently I noticed a big soft area that developed right where I was sleeping. The whole bed sort of caves in. I wake up in pain in the middle of the night. The other 2 beds are guest beds and they are seldomly used so I’ll keep those do it not a total loss. The one in my room has become a sponge brick that will make its way to the dump in sadly less then 12 months. 220 pounds, mainly side sleeper. Don’t waste your time and money on these. I suppose if you are half of my weight then you perhaps might get several more years, but inevitably it will begin to sag… ... show more

Thoroughly enjoying this mattress! I've owned a few popular bed-in-a-box mattresses (Purple, Tuft & Needle, etc) and this one by far has surpassed those and doesn't even feel like it arrived in a box. Perfectly firm but soft enough to contour to my body. I sleep in allll of the positions..it's just me and a king sized bed so of course I'm sprawled...still have the support I need. I'm a full time student, work nights full time and workout 4-5 days a week so it's CRUCIAL for me to get the sleep I need when I need it and have a bed that's of high quality and comfort. People raise their eyebrows when I tell them the price, but I'd spend it again knowing what I'm going to get! ... show more
