*update* I've been sleeping on the mattress over 2 weeks now. I am happily surprised to say the more I sleep on it, the more I like it. I have a pars fracture at my L5 which leaves me with back pain quite often. This mattress has allowed me a better sleep than my previous which was a serta sleeper pillow top. *update* Removed the waterproof mattress cover I had on the mattress and did not have issues with overheating and night sweats. This was great advice from a friend that I hadn't thought of. I've always used a waterproof mattress cover but the advice was it might be preventing the 'cooling' benefits. Waited 72 hours to use... Overheated from mattress which led to night sweats while AC set to 65 degrees. I'm so disappointed with the hybrid mattress. Sitting on the mattress feels like you sink in which made me worry it wouldn't provide enough support but once you lay down and weight is distributed, it's better. ... show more

    • This Mattress is Ruining My Life

Here is my review after 11 months of sleeping on the Premiere Copper mattress. To start, this thing is hotter than I ever knew a mattress could be. For this to be marketed as their cooler mattress due to the copper, the other mattresses must be like sleeping on the sun. Every night I wake up multiple times drenched in puddle of sweat. EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I have spent nearly the price of the mattress attempting to remedy this - cooling mattress topper, cooling bamboo sheets, cooling pillows, running the AC on nights I would normally just have the windows open. Nothing makes a difference. Outside of the financial burden, this has lead to increased loads of laundry to wash the sweaty sheets and skin problems due to the excess sweat. Additionally, I question its longevity. Something seemed off from the start when after 72 hours, one side did not seem to decompress as much as the other. I’d say around 6 months I started noticing unevenness in support. This has deteriorated throughout the months since to the point of discomfort. I have developed back and hip problems that cause me to wake up in more pain than I end the day with. For thousands of dollars, you too can have the worst night’s sleep of your life every night. And your wife will hate you for it. ... show more

Mattress does require a few days to air, the semi -firm rating should really be just semi-medium, at least in my opinion. For an XL, it appears to be a little short. I am really interested in seeing how long it last on an adjustable bed. We have had two different brands that only lasted 12-14 months each. Both were of equal pricing and decent reviews. I was having pain with our old bed but it was time to replace anyway this bed was a great replacement I love how it feels soft but supportive. My wife took some time to get used to it and says it is a bit firm for her.

Slept on a used bed before and before that on couches so my opinion might be flawed compared to other. Yea you wake up sore but it is from muscle tension release and to me that is a win as I struggle less throughout the day to warm up. I also lost weight from staying asleep through out the night

I was looking for a medium firm mattress to help with back pain. Me and my husband sleep either on out back or front mostly and Unfortunately this mattress is way too soft and we need more support. So we definitely had more back pain. I am trying to do the return but it is not easy with amazon trying to get it picked up as they go Through a third party to schedule it and i have not been able to get them to contact me to get the mattress. Would recommend trying out before buying and there is a great deal with the 360 night trial but maybe easier going straight through Nectar instead of Amazon, in case of return. ... show more
