Ok first off this appears to be a real Neca TMNT Donatello movie accurate figure. All go over point by point. 1 He has the point of articulation between his back and she'll. The fake ones don't 2.the Nickelodeon logo on the box is orange(fake is red) and has the lettering on the bottom half (fake one is towards the top). 3.The tape that holds the accessories in place is one inch wide the fake ones use half inch wide tape. It doesn't have the GameStop sticker on it but don't think that means anything. ... show more

I was a bit hesitant on buying these because i thought they were knockoffs especially for the price they are being sold at. But i looked into it and the official figures have an extra point of articulation where the body moves separate from the shell. This has it while the knockoff doesn't. One of the interchangeable hands ripped on me as they are made of a rubber but i easily fixed it. ... show more

I checked after receiving this if it was a legit or fake one.. everything checks out to being legit. the shell is jointed and can shift as well the fake ones shell is 1 piece.
