It comes with a scooper but I don’t recommend using it, as you should always use the come that comes with the formula you bought because they are all different sizes! Great quality and durable. I love the color and design! Very good quality of the case. But the lock is very hard open with one hand. It seems like once it pops open I’m going to drop the container. I guess it’s good in case you drop it, it won’t open. (Haven’t dropped it yet so I don’t know) Holds enough for formula for my 3 month when im running errands.
