My Boxer girl has horrible skin allergies during the summer, especially in her face wrinkles. My little dog gets allergies in summer time and scratches her belly constantly. At night it drives us both crazy and her poor belly gets raw from scratching. I was amazed that she slept through the whole night the first night I put this on her skin. Happily, she doesn’t lick it off either. I’m using it 2x a day now and am so happy with the results. This product is working so far. I have a dog who cannot be given flea medicine. Every year during the summer she gets hot spots and flea bites and we end up at the vet. I’ve been using this daily and the hot spot areas and bites heal quickly when I put this on and rub it into her skin. Even better, she’s not out of control scratching, biting and itching and we don’t have to pay for an expensive vet visit and medication. Yay! Finally something works. I didn't give this product a 5 because it has a strong scent and stains my dogs underbelly which is white. I recommend that you use a small amount ... from the finger and not use it as a roll on

Edit 2: SEE PHOTO. I ordered the small “trial size” in the same style of “roll up balm” packaging, to see if this is typical…it is. This one is tiny as it is, and still, the actual product you receive is SMALLER than the CAP. Why is all that packs necessary if not to mislead? Edit 1: I contacted them directly and the “customer service” rep was condescending and rude. I’m so disappointed. I’ve made over 20 purchases from them and even put them in my “recommended products” to my clients… bummer. I have been a dedicated customer for some time… my poor little terrier has unending skin issues, and I discovered Skin Soother and Balm, which doesn't take away his condition, but it alleviates it for a bit and that is wonderful for my little guy. All that said, their deceptive packaging, although nothing new in the industries, is dishonest, frustrating, bad for the environment and a flat out money grab. I bought this "New 2oz roll up" and what a joke, not even 1/3 of the container is product, the rest is excess packaging, for $20?! I can't even remove the inner piece to get to the remaining product. We are sick of this as consumers. Us women have been dealing with this dishonesty with makeup for the longest time, but necessary products, something we NEED for our loved pets?! If not for outright misleading your customers, WHY 60+% more packaging than needed?!? I'm genuinely upset and feel scammed. Do better. ... show more

My Boston Terrier had a rash on her belly. I had an appointment with the vet but the appointment was 5 days away. My poor dog kept licking her belly. I'm so glad I got this, nothing else has ever worked! Sometimes when I give my dog a bath, he gets itchy in certain spots and this stops it super fast. Also great for razor burn. He often will wake me up at night when he has these itches and I regret not putting this on sooner. This stuff soothes his skin so well and he and I can sleep in peace! ... show more
