Purchased the incubator to keep fluids warm for an animal hospital. Seemed to work great for the first few months. But then it stopped keeping temp. I reached out to the seller asking for ideas. Their response was it needed a chip replaced so they were sending it to me. After further conversations they said they were offering me the chip at a discounted rate of about $50. Communication responses only came in the middle of the night. While the product is real it is junk and their is no warranty, the company just keeps trying to get you to pay for additional stuff. I considered buying a second one but glad I waited and didn't get sucked into another piece of junk. ... show more

Our son successfully hatched 11 bearded dragon eggs! This incubator was so simple to use. He set the temperature and made sure to keep water in the tray and the humidity stayed at an optimal level. He Sidney need to put water in it more than 2-3 times a week. It took 80 days for the bearded dragons to hatch. We only lost one egg, but it was the smallest one to begin with. Was great we got it earlier then expected. The box it was shipped in was very damaged it had a gash all the way through like something had stabbed it but thankfully the incubator was not cosmetically damaged. However once plugged in the led lights on the temperature didn’t all work unless you push on it so you can’t tell just by looking what the temp is but other then that so far so good. ... show more

The incubator did not work (temperature did not change from room temp). When returning, I was responsible for shipping costs ($123.99)! Returned via USPS was received a week ago and I still have not received a refund.

The controls on this machine are perfect for Koji (active biological) for miso, natto, komikoji, etc. The tolerances are perfect and allow perfect development of proper enzymes. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to make their own natto.
