I have tried a few different forms of Yohimbe with meh to minimum results. This pill reminding me of the drops. It had me sweating, my heart was pounding, I got chills and the worst feeling. I am assuming that someone who suffers from depression or anxiety should not try these or at least dillute them well. So thats what I did. I popped the capsule and split it into 2 or 3 doses per pill and that seemed to give me the juice that I needed without the jittery side effects. I use it to help with workouts and weight loss. I have not tried it enough for bedroom effects to take place. Ill continue to dillute it for the time being. ... show more

I’ve been used Yohimbe on and off for years, but not for the reasons most guys do. I’m a lifter, and I use it as a pre-workout, and to help stay lean. Unlike the previous brand, I have to take 2 of these (1000 mg) to feel the same effect I’d get from one 500mg of the other ones. I can’t tell you why, but I can tell you these effects are milder than those others, too- which is great for those who don’t like to feel they’re holding on to a live power cable =D ... show more

They do help with a workout making you want to keep moving but if you stop focusing on something you get really dizzy and nauseated. I have taken yohimbe before when I was bodybuilding but this stuff makes you have diarrhea.

I've been buying this brand for quite somemtime. In comparison to other brands I took, This Is by far the best. I take it 2 hours or a hour prior to sex. It keeps me very Thick and hard. I'm 6'2 about 225 plus late 30s and I need just one, if I wanna show out. I take two, Be carefull everyone body is diffret. Also I drink plenty of water and a combination of Cranberry juice, because these yohimbe pills are known to have effects on your kidneys. So, Be cautious and flush your self out, it's better to have clean kidneys, Downside you might need a few pee breaks during sex, but, to me it's worth it. Also, I notice only a slight change in my heart rate, compared to other brands, I'm thinking about trying a GNC 450 Mg in the near future, I will review that one as well. ... show more

This stuff is STRONG and does what it says so 5 stars but be warned, I am a recovering addict with 20 years experience taking anything I could get my hands on and I thought this stuff was going to kill me. Granted I had some caffeine and other herbal stimulants like I usually do before a hookup but adding this took things up a few notches. Heart rate a steady 120, trembling and shakey hands/body, chills and once I became more active a feeling I can only describe as feeling like I couldn't catch my breath but I was breathing normally, something I've only ever experienced with cocaine. I tried opening up a capsule and pouring out less than half into some water. Things went better but still shakey. After reading other people's experiences I feel confident saying that this stuff is unpredictable so be careful how you take it that first time (alone or with other substances) and how much you take. ... show more
