    • im glad ordered the 100mg, it was definitely what i needed.
i need a stress reliever and ive used the 50 mg of HTP for over a year, but it just wasnt quite enough to give me the peace I needed. the HTP 100mg did the trick ! Im a lot more calm now. thanks !!

I found out later that 5HTP is much more effective for mood enhancement in the timed release formula since your body uses it so quickly so just be aware
