I bought this tree as a gift for my grandma. It was easy to adjust/fluff and the lights worked well. It's even nicer than I expected it to be, and my grandma really likes it. She keeps it up all year (indoors) and decorates it for various holidays. It's a bit top heavy, though, so depending on where you put it (especially outdoors) you may want to add weight to the base. Also, the quality of the base container isn't great, but it's fine if you're going to set it in one place and leave it alone. I bought this to stand next to my dresser in my bedroom to bring a little holiday decoration to my room. I paid $21 for it on sale. It was worth every penny. I will agree that the base is somewhat flimsy and light. I live outside the city of Chicago I could never put this outside the wind and the snow would knock it over in a heartbeat. It arrived in good condition, simple to assemble, I plugged it in and it’s been working ever since. Considering what some other people have said I hope I have that continued good luck. We have a fairly tight corner in the room where we like having our tree. This tree fits the bill. The footprint at the base is about 3 sq ft max. It's easy to assemble, and once all the branches are put in position, the tree looks great! There is also a separate chord for the tree topper! I wish it came in colored lights. The tree came in good condition, required some fluffing, but looks pretty good for the price. However, I would not recommend buying this unless you live down south or somewhere that you don’t get any snow or any wind at all. This tree tips over in the slightest wind. We tried putting gravel, rocks etc in the open space in the urn. It still does not help. The urn is very lightweight plastic, not able to support the weight of the tree in any wind. I tried returning to Amazon and they told me to contact the manufacturer because it’s 8 days past the return window. The manufacturer won’t return because they said Amazon is the one who was paid. Ordered 5ft Tree got a 4ft skinny charlie brown tree WHY ADVERTISE SOMETHING YOU DONT SELL base is light and cheap- tree looks so skinny i dont even wanna bother fluffing it out. I spent hours looking at trees & there reviews. Seen by the photos that the 5ft tree was exactly what i was looking for. Just to wait a whole week to open up a tiny tree i spent 65.00 on. When its not worth that much. I didn't even bother plugging the lights in but i did just to see how bright they were. didnt even look like half the lights worked. now i have to lug this charlie brown tree back up the basement stairs, return it and order another one. Amazon should stop having these sellers on here. Not sure how they received all these star ratings. I never leave a bad review unless im 150% dis-satisfied. I am scared to re-order another one now because i know they will send another 4ft. tree. I measured the tree itself because thats what they adverstised. 4ft & a 5ft tree. i chose the 5ft and i measured it and it is 4ft. without the base. maybe they should change the description if there measuring the base as well.. this is a 4ft tree.. not fair at all ... very disappointed ... show more
