Made to look and feel lifelike, the stunning realism of the tree is defined by its close attention to detail, featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips that make up the wide, full-bodied branches that create space for your lights and ornaments. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This tree is really, really nice! It’s just the height I wanted, 9 ft, and it’s so incredibly full. No gaps at all! Great light placement and the amount of lights is awesome! It looks perfect in my living room and sort of makes it seem as though I’m in a department store for the holidays. It’s a very nice tree. I love all of the light choices; warm white, color, twinkling, etc at the push of a button. So easy the kids can do it!! However, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to fluff. It literally took me hours to get the whole tree fluffed and looking good. I think next year I’ll look for a deal on a tree that comes pre-lit and pre-fluffed!! ... show more

It took a while to fluff up the branches, but it looks beautiful. I still need to adjust the branches a bit more. I love that we have many options to change the lighting. The assembly was very easy. Great quality.

    • Nothing but electrical issues since I got it.

Never got the lights to work. There were numerous issues: 1. Manual and video showed the connections from section to section nicely placed at the bottom of the pole for each section. Not on my tree. Some sections had them there, some had them out on the tips of the branches. 2. Electrical configuration in the manual didn't match the tree. Manual said plug the bottom of the first section into the power, plug the top into the bottom of the first section, and continue up the tree. My tree had a connector for the bottom section to receive power, but apparently none to provide power to the next section. However, the second section an in input power connector that went to a junction box with several more connectors. I was able to use that to get power to everything, by plugging the junction box into the power, the first, second, and third sections into the junction box, and the top into the third section. Only problem was that the top two sections were much dimmer than the bottom two. In fact, it was difficult to tell they were on. I contacted product support. The information the support person had on my tree was the same as the manual and videos: connect the first section to power, second to the first, and so forth. She'd never heard of the configuration I described. 3. I tried to see if I could hook it up the was they suggested. After much searching through the branches, I found enough connectors to do that. Worked great for the first two sections. When I plugged in the third, only half of it worked. I thought a bulb was burned out, but the guidance on troubleshooting on the web site said that should only affect 7-8 bulbs, not half the tree. I could see exactly where the problem started. The first bulbs in the string were lit just fine, but after the last lit bulb the rest were all out. I started replacing bulbs, but quickly decided that was futile. At this point I gave up. I'm probably going to have to return it, which really reeks this close to Christmas. I don't know what I will do for a Christmas tree, but it won't be a National Tree Company produce And, after a full business day, they haven't even acknowledged my emails to support. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE-After decorating, I’ve raised from 3-4 stars. It is a lovely tree. I do wish needles were a bit different, and still not as full as I expected but I am pleased. I purchased this tree, despite a good portion of negative reviews. I am starting out by saying that I am a picky tree person. I had an artificial tree for many years that was just gorgeous. This one was automatically compared. Positives: The tree was received in a very timely fashion. The packaging was intact. I was prepared to spend a great deal of time shaping and fluffing the tree. It was neatly packaged and assembly and shaping instructions were clear. Assembly was Not difficult but the fluffing and shaping is a nightmare. As suggested, I shaped one section and then added the next to be shaped-beginning with the lowest branches and shaping then working upwards. I spent roughly 3 hours shaping and fluffing and will probably continue to do so over the next few days. The tree is fairly full, but not as much as I had hoped Negatives: 1. The tree looks nothing like the picture, but it is a pretty enough tree. No amount of shaping will make the tree I received look like the tree pictured. 2. The lights aren't strung well and on the very ends of the branches, only. They actually made it difficult to shape the tree at times. 3. It is a very "rough" material and does scratch your hands over time.. I could have gotten this tree for half the price at any local "big box" store. 4. It is not as sturdy as I had hoped, but should suffice. 5- I thought it had power connect lights and for the price, it should have but doesn’t. Over all-It is a decently pretty and full tree with a sufficient amount of lights. I will quite likely save money and get a Balsam Hill Tree next year or purchase from a local retailer where I can see the tree. For less than 40 additional dollars, there was a much prettier tree at Lowe's. If you want this tree, just be prepared to spend a lot of time shaping and fluffing and know that what you see pictured is not the tree you'll receive. ... show more

    • Absolutely Perfect Real Looking Tree - Buy It!

We were struggling with the size of tree to order and our vaulted ceilings. We are so glad we stopped at this tree at 9'. Any taller is just ridiculous. This tree Fills out once fluffed and look almost real. The lights do so many different things. I'd Say buy this one. It's stunning.

The media could not be loaded. I DID NOT want an artificial tree. We’ve always had a real tree but the reality is…I wanted to be able to keep the tree up longer and with less mess and recurrent cost. The tree is beautiful. Thick and full with a LOT of branches. The three sections went together effortlessly and plugged in red to red and blue to blue, easily the color coded tape made it fool proof. I would suggest REALLY taking your time to fluff each section, it took my husband and I about an hour, but totally worth it. It’s not real but it’s lovely and I’m super happy with my purchase. Now I can enjoy our beautiful Christmas tree for an extra month!!!! ... show more
