Description

Transform your home into a winter wonderland with National Tree Company's Pre- Lit Artificial Christmas Tree. This majestic Carolina Pine tree is 7.5 feet tall and 61 inches in diameter at the bottom, giving the tree a wide profile. Friends and family alike will marvel at how the tree closely mimics those outside. Made to look and feel lifelike, the stunning realism of the tree is defined by its close attention to detail, featuring hundreds of individually crafted branch tips that make up the wide, full-bodied branches that create space for your lights and ornaments. The tree is designed with a hinged branch system that allows the branches to swing down for a quick and simple set-up and fold back in for easy storage. Set aside 45-60 minutes after assembly to properly shape the tree by peeling back the branches and pulling the tips apart to give the branches a more full-bodied look. This fantastically festive tree is strung with 750 white UL lights prior to packaging and includes a sturdy, metal base for a more convenient setup. The lights operate individually, so if the bulb lens has not been cracked or broken, the light set will continue to illuminate except for any individual bulbs that are not working. Before dressing the tree in twinkling lights and glistening ornaments, consider placing it in a living room or dining area where it can be viewed from multiple angles and does not block any entryways. Constructed with sturdy, high quality materials and hypo-allergenic, fire-resistant needles, this tree is built to bring holiday cheer for years to come. At National Tree Company, we strive to create high quality Christmas decorations to help you transform your home so you can keep making every holiday moment magical.

🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

This Christmas tree has received positive reviews for being very realistic and full, with well-placed lights, multi-textural branches, and an attractive addition of pine cones. It is heralded as an excellent value offering, with users praising its easy assembly and robust placement on its metal base. However, note that a fair bit of 'fluffing' is required to make the tree look its best, and some users felt the tree could be wider.

Pros

  • 🌲 Very realistic, high-quality faux tree look
  • 💡 Well-placed, warm white lights
  • 🌿 Multi-textural branches with added pine cones for a cozy feel
  • ✅ Easy assembly and sturdy base for good placement

Cons

  • 🕰 Requires time to 'fluff' and set up for optimal look
  • 📏 Some users wish the tree was wider
  • 🔒 Base doesn't lock in place
  • 💡 Pre-lit portion may fail after several years

Should I Buy It?

If you're looking for a highly realistic artificial Christmas tree that offers great value, this could be a perfect choice. If you're willing to spend some time setting it up and 'fluffing' it for the best look, it could soon be a festive focal point in your home offering lasting beauty and enjoyment. Just bear in mind that the base doesn't lock and it may not be as wide as you prefer.

  • Beautiful tree
I recently purchased this Christmas tree, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The tree looks incredibly full and lush, with branches that mimic the look and feel of a real evergreen. Setting it up was quick and easy, the sections fit together smoothly, and the branches fluff out beautifully. The quality is impressive. The lights are evenly distributed and give off a warm, cozy glow that adds the perfect holiday touch to my home. I highly recommend this tree for anyone looking to bring festive cheer into their home. It’s definitely worth the investment and has made this holiday season extra special! ... show more

  • SURPRISINGLY GORGEOUS! And better for the planet, too!
My husband and I surprised ourselves with really LOVING our first fake tree! I bought the National Tree Company Carolina Pine 7.5 Foot Artificial Holiday Prelit Christmas Tree on a Cyber Monday sale. I was a bit reluctant to select this tree because other reviewers mentioned that it might look too fake with three different species in one tree, but I ended up really appreciating the beauty of this feature. Putting the tree up was no easy task, hohoho, I easily spent three hours, which does not include adding my own ornaments later. I suggest wearing gloves and adding one section at a time, starting with the bottom section first. It takes PATIENCE to artfully spread the branches out but is well-worth the effort in the end. Maintenance of the tree is certainly EASIER. Thankfully, I spent less time procuring the real thing, keeping it watered, and placing lights on it! The quality of the fake tree is quite good, I don't think Santa will even notice the difference. The only thing missing is the scent of a real tree. For that, I will hang a live wreath in same room. I'm waiting to see if any of my guests know the difference. The tree is definitely full, which I like but I'm already stressing about how/where it will be stored. Still, I'm glad we made the move to a fake tree, it's perfectly symmetrical, won't wilt over time and is BETTER for the planet. Highly recommended! Merry Christmas, everyone! ... show more

  • Best Fake Tree
Highly recommend. Have only used real trees for 40 years. This is the first time I have used a real tree and I’m not sure I’ll go back to using real now. Pros: super easy set up. Variety of branches makes it look unique. Needles do not look fake. It is full but you can see some holes. To me, it makes it more realistic. The trunk looks real. Perfect height for 8’ ceiling (which is in pics). No needle loss. Cons: very symmetric which is not as realistic. Buy a Christmas tree candle for the live tree smell. Overall: Will be using for years to come simply based on the ease of use and the needle variety. ... show more

  • Realistic-Looking Once You Take the Care to Properly Shape
I got this National Tree Christmas tree to replace another from the same brand that was 15 years old. It falls into the company's "pre-lit" line and not the Power Connect one, the last of which is probably more reliable. (More on that later.) The tree comes in three pieces with branches that fall outward and down when released from their ribbons. While this one is not quite as realistic-looking as my old one, it looks attractive and, from across the room, real now that I've shaped and decorated it. Usually I prefer artificial spruce trees, but I couldn't pass up a sale on this long-needled Carolina Spruce. I knew the company, and I had confidence in it. I love that the white lights are strung along the length of the branches, giving it the proper inside-out glow that gives the tree depth. Each of the three sections plugs into an outlet box so that they light together when the power cord is plugged into an outlet. There's an extra outlet near the top for a lighted tree topper. When you first take it out of the box, expect a straggly looking thing that will make you wonder why you bought it. Don't despair. It needs to be properly shaped for an attractive look. National Tree even provides a link to a video on how to do it that should be helpful for those who've never done it before. At the end of the season, don't expect to be able to fit the tree back in the box it came in. Even pushing the branches back together won't get it compact enough. We use two Christmas tree storage bags so that we don't stress the light strands too much when we store it. You don't want to break a light strand since they are nearly impossible to remove from the tree. I should note that this tree is a secondary tree in my house, and I don't consider it as beautiful as my primary tree on the main floor of my house. That's because I'm particular when it comes to artificial Christmas trees, and I spent a lot to get a first-rate artificial tree. Still, this tree would have made me happy if I hadn't had the other. My main tree (another brand) is 9 feet tall, and its lights connect by merely putting the "trunk" together, which is probably National Tree's "PowerConnect" line. Not only is that more convenient, but also seems to make the light strands less likely to break. The whole reason I replaced my old National Tree spruce is because the lights eventually stopped working, and I got tired of hanging separate strands on it every year. You might want to investigate National Tree's PowerConnect line if you want the added convenience. Based on my past experience with a tree from this company, this Carolina Pine should last 8-10 years, possibly longer. The tree holds up fine. It's the pre-lit portion that fails. It comes with replacement bulbs for those that burn out, but if a strand breaks on the inside, you'll be out of luck. Mine burned out in sections after it was decorated, suggesting that a possible power surge blew it. You might want to use a surge protector to lengthen its life. Whatever the selling price, compare the cost of this tree to buying real ones every year. You'll likely discover that this will pay for itself in 5 years or less. Add in the convenience of being able to put up your tree whenever you want, and I find it a no-brainer. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann ... show more

  • Must Buy!
I absolutely love this tree! It’s very fully and seems taller than the average 7.5ft tree. It was easy to put together but you do have to take your time and fluff the branches for the full look. It only took me about 45 minutes to put it together. I did get scratched up while putting it up so be careful. Nice, tall, and bright! ... show more

  • Tree of my dreams
I'm really happy with this tree. For years I've wanted a big, full tree and have made due with a scanty 5 foot tree. I finally chucked it when I saw this one on a Black Friday deal and it is worth every penny. It took my daughter and I about an hour to set it up and fluff out all the branches. There are three different style of needles and all are high quality. The pine cones add a rustic beauty. The lights are beautifull and just the right amount for me. The fact that you can bend the branches to create little nooks for ornaments is always an advantage of artificial trees. This will be our family tree for the next 20 years. ... show more
