This is like new technology for me. I’ve grown accustomed to heavy and stiff work boots. These are comparatively very lightweight and flexible, yet still supportive. I’ve worn them twice now for about seven hours of intense yard work. Good fit, remained comfortable. The last two lace braces aren’t hooks even though they appear that way in the photos; they’re really just more holes. I would have preferred hooks but they’re still fairly easy to get into and out of. Even though they’re flexible, they still give good support to prevent ankle twisting. I've been wearing these boots daily at work for just over 4 months now, and I'm about to get another pair. The outsole is fairly worn out because I work in a parking lot, but I was having to replace my tennis shoes more often. I needed insoles for my flat feet, but even before adding those, they were very comfortable. I had constant foot pain in my cheap tennis shoes, so I figured it was time for an investment, and boy am I glad I did! Foot pain was gone almost instantly. They support my feet just right, except for the arch support. That's basically non-existent, but there's more than enough room for insoles. They're waterproof, even after a lot of wear, and I'm just now having problems slipping when it's raining. I can't speak to the steel toes, other than it makes it more comfortable to sit in my knees without squishing my toes. Highly recommend! I work as a package handler (person who puts boxes on trucks to go out for delivery). Pros: The sole is very comfortable and well attached (I bought sketchers work shoes and after 1 day at work, the sole started peeling up which was a huge disappointment (those shoes cost over $100!) so these shoes are much better in that respect). The steel toe is great and very affective at protecting the feet. I like that these shoes go up over the ankle for added protection and security. Cons: The shoes are a bit small! I normally wear a women's 6 1/2. I ordered I women's size 7 of these shoes and they fit okay but a bit tighter than I was expecting, so take that into account. Also, the tread on the shoes doesn't grip the floor terribly well. I jump from a grate floor onto trucks with smooth metal floors. These do great on the grate flooring, but on the trucks they don't grip so well, so it can be a bit slippery. Overall a 4/5 star shoe! Especially for the low price. I will definitely be buying these again when this pair is done :) just maybe half a size larger ... show more

I love the fit of these shoes. Thwy arw very comfortable and do not rub on the back of my heals. They are light weight but are very durable.

Extremely lightweight for being a steel toed shoe. Always expect to put an insert in and this was no exception. You really can’t go wrong with these, especially considering the price. I’ve also recommended these to people offline. Edited to add: after a few more days of wearing, I suggest ordering a half size larger than normal. I felt the toe box way too much after a few days. I ordered half size up and while the boot got wider the toe box did not so I have had to return the second pair, tossing out the first. I will try again as a coworker had a better experience with his pair, black while mine are tan. ... show more

Needed some more comfortable steel toed shoes for work rather than high cut boots (construction work) they are very comfortable with some inserts inside, I wouldn’t recommend wearing them as is if your gonna be standing all day like I do. They are very breathable fairly waterproof except the tounge it seems. The traction isn’t the greatest on ice but what shoe is. Overall 4/5 stars. If your looking for something lightweight, comfortable and breathable that will get the job done I’d go with these! ... show more
