it's okay really. i use this because i have been hairstyle crazy trying to see what i like and don't. so this is my first relaxer. sorry to say my hair is so thick that i am washing this thing out. at first when i wash i can tell i have a relaxer cuz its easier to comb and moisterize but as soon as it dries.....i have a wavy afro....it use to be a regular afro. so not much of a difference. guess i'll just stop using the relaxer since it's not doing much. i don't have shedding so thats cool. i don't flat iron my hair too much time. but i guess if you have fine hair or don't want all of your volume to go away this will be great for you. ... show more

I truly love Nairobi products; however, make sure if you order this relaxer to check the bottom to make sure there's an expiration date. I ordered this exact product and it took forever to get a replacement so I requested a refund and received through Amazon.
