The media could not be loaded. Great register for small business. We removed the lightspeed POS system to a simple register. It works perfectly & its faster to ring up customers. Yes, it took some doing to program, but it’s not rocket science it just takes time and patience. The size is perfect for counter top use. Although I had to get a step stool so I could see the top. You can attach a scanner and enter plu’s & program buttons for certain dollar amounts but I just entered categories with a zero dollar amount so I can input my own prices. Bathing out at days end is simple too. This is much better than paying for a service monthly to use a program. Highly recommended ... show more

I am very happy I chose this machine. I was looking for a basic cash register that can handle all the functions I would need at my store and be easy for my employees to use. I love the size as it takes up a small footprint on my counter. It also looks really nice. I had the machine ready to go in about a half hour. It was easy to set up my PLUs, a few departments and clerks, and preset discounts. I had a question about getting the tax included in the total as it wasn’t showing, and I got through to Nadex in 2 minutes and they showed me how to set it up the way I needed. It was in the user manual, but I went through it too quickly. One thing I would say is to buy extra printing paper as it came with one roll. Changing the paper couldn’t be quicker. After some initial issues with the setup and trouble reaching customer support for the CR360 cash register, I’m happy to report that the company finally reached out and provided assistance. They quickly scheduled a call, and the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and walked me through the entire setup process step-by-step. The cash register is now working perfectly, and I’m pleased with its functionality and ease of use. The initial delay in support was frustrating, but the team’s response and commitment to solving the problem more than made up for it. The media could not be loaded. I set it up for numerous employees and had no issue programming sales tax. The machine is sturdy and the cash drawer is high end. Much better than my previous plastic drawer one. I was impressed with the customer service too. Easy to programmed! Definitely use the videos the company has made to programmed the cash register. The manual included, even though, it has detailed instructions, if you haven't used one of such cash register, they are hard to understand. After setting it up, its the best thing ever... We needed it to set up the tax, and because it allows you to set up different tax to each department, it's well worth it! Love it! ... show more

We just took possession of this register and had some issues with understanding the instructions. Called every phone number listed in documents and all were disconnected. We scanned the QR code and set up an appointment on the phone with "Adrian". No call was made from this person. We are struggling with absolutely no help from NADEX.. I would not recommend this register due to poor, very poor tech support. ... show more
