  • This is solid
So far this is a fantastic controller, my second favorite My first favorite going to my old xbox360 controller which this is the closest parallel I have felt. The response from input is almost impossible to notice so I did have a bit of gettin used to there This is the most comfortable PS4 controller I have ever used with the asymmetry it has like the 360 it feels so good in the hand. The start and share buttons are raised which make it easier to use. The sticks are buttery smooth and sensitive enough that I have to set a dead zone which is something I have never had to do. The triggers are smooth with a great feedback and a long draw , the bumpers are clicky and feel solid. I can’t say much about the back/paddle buttons as I have yet to actually use them but they feel nice. I do with they had used the switches they used in the bumpers for them but oh well. You can add or decrease the weight with these weighted dumbbells that you slot into the grips. I like a heavy and hefty controller personally. The vibrations are nice and solid with give you some really nice haptic feedback that I have missed so much Now my only problem The headphone jack 3.5mm jack pretty standard The sound to the headphones is fine But it sounds like you have jumped back to 2012 in a Black Ops 2 lobby which is funny for a bit then it becomes annoying to your friends Even with this problem it is 5 stars for me because it brought back some nostalgia Sorry for the thesis of a review and I’m aware my punctuation could be better ... show more

  • Badass controller!
Just buy it. No, seriously just buy it. Stop sitting there pondering whether or not you want to drop $110 on this controller. I’m telling you right now as a direct order that you need to buy this controller. “Why?” You May ask? Because I said so. So yeah, buy it. Stop asking questions and buy it already! Are you still reading this review? Okay fine, I’ll tell you why you need to buy it. The damn controller is simply awesome. As a matter of fact, my standard DualShock 4 controller has been collecting dust somewhere in my room at this point and idk where it’s at because the Nacon controller is superior! So take your little eyeballs and pointer finger over to the “buy now” button, press “place order” and thank me later OR you won’t thank me later because you’ll be too busy blowing zombies skulls into shreds with your new Nacon controller. Pros: 2 year warranty No stick drift ever Everything feels buttery smooth Hugh quality materials Buttons feels solid as my morning wood Cons: You could the wire is a con but honestly you can get over it. It’s just a cord. Cords don’t bite and you get better latency with a cord so blow this popsicle stand and buy the damn controller already. Peace out! ... show more

  • Comfortable and decently built.
Edit: After breaking it in for a few days, I noticed the analog sticks started getting very squeaky. Knocking off a star, as I'm not too fond of having ANY issues only a few days after getting such an expensive product. It's a well-built PS4 controller that uses a comfortable Xbox controller design. The braided cable sockets into the controller tight and it's super long. So far, I've zero issues with the build quality or design of the controller. That's not something I can say about most other third-party controllers I've used in the past for PlayStation. Sadly it seems like PlayStation has gotten the short end of the stick when it comes to decent third-party controllers unlike XBox. It feels lighter than the stock PS4 controller but that's because it doesn't have a battery. Though it comes with 3 differently-sized weights that you can put into the handles to make it feel heftier! I didn't know that when purchasing it. ... show more

  • Great purchase Does requires adjusting to
I’ve gone through numerous controllers mainly for the analogue stick drift issues, even taken the liberty of cleaning specific parts with temporary success. Then I found this controller, at first it took a while to get used to. Set up is easy, just simply connect it via USB to PC or Gaming Device (I use it with the PS4). Setting the controller up to your specifications require a bit of research, trial and error, or you can simply go with the default for controls. It grants control to button sensitive, dead zone trigger and analog control (making moving or firing your weapon require less effort). The inner four buttons allows you to set any button providing easier access and less finger movements. For example when playing Destiny 2 I am able to set my grenade trigger to one of the inner four buttons allowing access to grenades twice as easy. The various weight sizes makes finding the right grip and handle that fits your specific needs. All in all I’ve been using this for 7 months and am very satisfied with the qualify. ... show more

  • Not worth the premium price
Honestly this controllers shape and the xbox style sticks are great for larger hands. but the odd dead zone could never get the settings right, as well the sticks feel cheap and for some reason if you don't hold the controller exactly horizontal it looses connection and it's a wired controller never have had that issue. If this controller was around let's say $60 like the turtle beach controller for xbox which adds a bunch of features and extra buttons and it's wired as well. Unfortunately turtle beach only makes that for xbox so for playstation there's still only overpriced options that are not better then the stock controller. You actually better off buying a ps5 controller if you just want something premium feeling and larger ... show more

  • Good for its value
The r1 and l1 gots stuck with a few months of use. I opened it to see what it was but couldn't find anything wrong with it. Also the cable broke pretty easily.lasted around a year of daily use
