This book was amazing! I have never read a book on real estate quite like this one. It kept things simple and to the point throughout the whole book. I am new to real estate investing and it just makes perfect sense to want to sell a house to someone instead of becoming a landlord I'm having to deal with all the tenant issues that inevitably come up day to day. To much information to retain reading only once, so you might want to read it again. Good look inside the unbeaten path of real estate investing, information laid out in a sensible order written by an interesting character. I really like how the process was broken down, and various examples given. I just wanted to unload a rental I can't sell, but now I see potential in doing more and more deals. I didn't give it 5 stars because it didn't answer the 1 question I still have...WHO do we sell this note to?

    • Shortcut Your Learning Curve into Real Estate Investing
This is a fantastic read full of information about how Mitch was able to figure out how to become a highly successful real estate investor. I takes you through his trials, tribulation, and eventually success! Do yourself a favor and drop a few bucks on this book, believe me, it's a bargain considering the information he shares.     • Real life investing using owner financing
This is a practical down to earth real estate investing book. I finished it in one day. that's how good it is. I had taken a few courses on real estate investing and learned great strategies until I discovered the owner financing side of real estate and wanted to learn more. I'm glad I picked up this book. Mitch Stevens gives real life experiences and examples of his own deals that he's done and everything you need to know to do your own, without the fluff or BS. Wow, simply wow. I have read Mitch's other two books. When he wrote a third book, I wondered what else can be said. This effort on his part proved that no matter what you know, you always have more to learn. Mitch's writing style is so down to earth that you learn things about this business without realizing it at the time. I learned several new ideas from this book. I tried the landlord route for a while and had decided to jump out of the real estate business for ever. Then I found his first book and my interest was piqued once again. Walking out of closing that will provide a residence to rent to someone else and walking out of a closing that will just pay you with no landlord worries can not even be compared. I recently had that experience. I owner financed the sell of a home and I followed Mitch's guidance straight through. This is whole idea is simply do it once, get the high, and then do it over and over and over again. Don't hesitate, buy Mitch's book. Get this one now and then order the other two also.
